The Kpex platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) capital cost intelligence platform for use by professional cost estimators, EPC firms, owner-operators, and project management professionals. It provides parametric cost models, benchmarks, assessment tools, and related services for AACE-class capital expenditure (CAPEX) estimation.

Kpex is a B2B professional service. It is not directed at consumers in the general public.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the Kpex platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, parametric cost models, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of CAF Corporation Ingeniería de Costes SL or its licensed content providers, and is protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996 — Ley de Propiedad Intelectual; Ley 17/2001 de Marcas).

Reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication of any content — in whole or in part — without the express prior written authorisation of CAF is strictly prohibited. Permitted uses are limited to those described in the applicable Subscription Terms.
